We pride ourselves in achieving the
impossible when filling roles, we aren't the largest Security
recruitment agency nor have we been in the industry for decades (though
some of our staff have - sorry Yvette and Rachael) . However, we
realistically understand that we will only win work with results and our
familiarity with both clients and candidates achieves this
True Story: One Thursday evening, Andy Cuff,
the Managing Director, was extolling the virtues of of our ability
to supply SOC IDS analysts on a temporary basis with minimal notice to a
client. The following afternoon the client called and said " I
hope you were serious last night, I've just fired our last remaining
analyst and need one temporarily on Monday morning for 6 weeks.
Oh, and the analyst must have the very highest level of UK clearance"
Within 2 hours we had not one, but 3 analysts on standby to start. After
a successful 6 week tour ,the client still comes to us when they cannot
meet a requirement and usually asks for the same candidate, now one of
our leading consultants.

request feedback from the client whether successful or not

Contractors
Computer Network
Defence management have worked as contractors and understand the
motivations, concerns and difficulties therein. We also
understand that it is a close knit community where our
reputation has to be good to survive.

We will always
advise you of the rate we are being paid and never take more than 15% direct and
10% for second tiering

If you are unhappy
or bored with a role we will negotiate a change at the next renewal

We will
negotiate renewals and aim to have them in place 28 days
before end of contract

Clients Looking for People?
If you are looking for Information Security Specialists, either
permanent or contract we would love to hear from you, we will
gladly assist in defining the role, in identifying the skills
required and providing an estimate of the rate/salary.

Finders fees
Finders fees are willingly paid 3 months after the recommended
candidate has been in the role or if you recommend us to fill a role
directly with the customer. A reduced finders fee will be paid if
you recommend us through a third party agency. Please phone or
email or further information. We cannot accept candidates
indirectly or anonymously, just email us with the candidates name and email
address and we will reply to them and cc you.
